The Anime Festival Kassel is back! From December 5–7, 2025, the Kongress Palais will once again transform into a paradise for fans of anime, manga, and Japanese culture! Look forward to concerts, shows, cosplay, workshops, competitions, and the popular Matsuri festival featuring Japanese street food and exciting games. Meet stars from Japan, enjoy live drawing sessions, artists, exhibitors, and much more — three days full of colorful imagination and culture! New: Student and Pupil Discount
Students and pupils now also benefit from discounted tickets, previously available only for youths under 18. Simply choose this ticket type and present your student or pupil ID at the box office.
Children up to 10 years
Children up to 10 years have free entry when accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. No extra ticket is needed for children up to 10 years online; an age ID is sufficient at the box office.
Disabled Visitors
Accompanying persons of disabled visitors with the (B) symbol on their ID have free entry and do not need an extra ticket. Present the ID at the box office.
